Professor José Antonio Sanchez Roman, Universidad Complutense de Madrid
Jose Antonio Sanchez Roman is Fulbright Visiting Fellow at the History Department. He is Associate Professor of Modern History at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain). His last book was a history of taxation in twentieth-century Argentina published by Palgrave. Currently he is exploring the participation of Latin Americans in the technical committees of the League of Nations in the interwar period and how this participation helped to shape new ideas about development and international hierarchies in the region.
