The Director of Graduate Studies for History of Science administers the History of Science graduate certificate program.

Course requirements

  • HOS 595: Introduction to the Historiography of Science
  • Two other History of Science graduate courses or courses with history of science content courses, as determined by the Director of Graduate Studies for History of Science
  • Two presentations (one of which may be a formal commentary) in HOS Program Seminar
  • Regular attendance, for at least two semesters, at HOS Program Seminar
