Please join us on Wednesday April 3 in Dickinson 230 from noon to 1:20pm for an informal discussion over lunch with Regina George, Associate Director for International Students at the Davis International Center. Career paths for History graduate students after graduation have becoming increasingly complex over the past few years, with many moving through several short-term positions before finding long-term employment either within or outside of academia. This development is particularly difficult to navigate for international students. At this lunch, Regina George will go through the restrictions and possibilities allowed by various student visas, especially OPT and CPT. The event will be valuable to international graduate students at all stages of their PhDs.
