Linda Colley has been appointed Distinguished Visiting Scholar in The John W. Kluge Center of the Library of Congress for spring 2026. The Kluge Center residency brings the world's top scholars and thinkers to the Library of Congress to conduct research and interact with policymakers and the public. The award supports work for her research project “Edward Gibbon (1737-1794): Biography and Global History."
