As the Events and Communications Coordinator, MaryEllen provides administrative and event support to the Center for Collaborative History, which is the events, communications, and funding arm of the Department of History at Princeton University.
MaryEllen’s responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and managing the CCH weekly e-newsletter
- Assisting with email marketing, website updating, and other advertising
- Assisting with event planning including online registrations, attendance tracking, catering, advertising, travel arrangements, etc.
- Assisting with financial management including processing invoices, onboarding new suppliers, and processing reimbursement to university scholarly visitors, etc.
- Providing on-site event assistance
